Please note that you may be able to browse certain sections of the Platform without registering with us.

This Privacy Policy is intended to comply with the applicable provisions of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the rules made thereunder, and other applicable laws of India relating to privacy and data protection.

We do not offer any product/service under this Platform outside India and your personal data will primarily be stored and processed in India. By accessing or using the Platform, you hereby declare that you’re above 18 years of age. However, if you choose not to provide certain personal data that is necessary for the provision of our products or services, we may be unable to provide those products or fulfil your requests.

Please report the incident immediately to us using the contact details provided on our Contact page and, where appropriate, to the relevant law enforcement authorities.

We use your personal data to provide and improve our products and customer experience, process and fulfil your orders, manage your account, communicate with you regarding your purchases and enquiries, provide customer support, personalise your experience on the Platform, detect and prevent fraud or other unlawful activities, resolve disputes, enforce our Terms of Use, comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements, and improve the functionality, security and performance of our Platform through research, analytics and customer feedback.

We may in event of any pending grievance, claims, pending shipments or any other services we may refuse or delay deletion of the account. Once the account is deleted, you will lose access to the account.

However, we may retain data related to you if we believe it may be necessary to prevent fraud or future abuse or for other legitimate purposes.
